Terms and conditions

SC ALPIN 2003 SRL with headquarters at Hotel Alpin, Poiana Brasov, Braşov County, registered at ANSPDCP, Register of Evidence of Personal Data Processing under no. 27799 (hotel services and tourism), 27800 (monitoring/security of persons, spaces and/or public/private goods).

1. Acceptance

This agreement establishes your use of the website located at www.hotelalpin.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “site”) and the fact that you agree to the provision of personal data and you understand that information about hotel and tourism services cannot be provided without providing the requested personal data. Please read carefully the terms and conditions of use presented below before using or obtaining any material, products or services through the www.hotelalpin.ro website.

SC ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. uses your personal information to better understand your needs, to help you complete transactions or orders, to communicate, to provide you with service and support, to keep you informed about the services we offer and about the special and seasonal offers. Occasionally, we use the information provided to contact you for the purpose of research related to the services provided by us, in order to optimize the services offered and to meet your requirements. We respect the privacy and security of the information provided when you use this site, including the private data for which we apply this policy. If you voluntarily make yourself available to S.C. ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. any personal data, you hereby agree that S.C. ALPIN 2003 S.R.L., for the purpose and duration determined by the specifics of the transaction, can register these data and administer them.

2. Data recording

SC ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. processes the data provided by you in order to:

  • provide hotel and tourism services;
  • make reservations through the online or offline reservation systems used by the Company;
  • complete the accommodation form and perform the payment formalities;
  • send/receive advertising and marketing offers;
  • achieve a legitimate interest of the company or of the third party to whom you gave your consent to access your data, when accessing the service.

Use of data

SC ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. administers and uses the personal data received in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. Any financial data collected is used exclusively for the processing of payments authorized through the online booking service.

Using strict internal procedures based on the regulations of law no. 677/2001 completed and amended by Law no. 506/2004, we take care that the personal data collected are not used for purposes other than those for which you have given your consent.

The data will not be disclosed to anyone, except the authorized bodies (Police, SRI, etc.) based on a written request, in accordance with the current legislation.

4. Data security

The data collected through our website are automatically retained in the internal IT system and can be accessed by our employees only on the basis of username and password. The IT system offers advanced tools to protect sensitive data and it is compliant with the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard).

6. Legislation

We comply with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended and supplemented by Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector. This privacy policy is subject to Romanian legislation in force. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be attempted first, within 30 working days of the registration of the complaint at our headquarters. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified term, the competence of the court in Brașov will be considered.

8. Prices

The prices displayed on the website are the costs per room per night and include VAT, hotel tax, breakfast. The prices are in euros and are calculated at the BNR exchange rate on the day of arrival.

We can confirm your reservation only if you give us all the requested information. Please ensure that all your personal details are correct.

The reservation can be canceled without penalty 24 hours before the arrival date at 18:00. In case of no-show or late cancellation S.C. ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. reserves the right, without prior notice, to charge the value of the first night’s accommodation from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

9. Notifications

Any notifications related to the terms and conditions contained on the website can be sent to the address: office@hotelalpin.ro.

10. Termination

These terms are in effect for the entire duration of accessing the site. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Site and destroying all materials obtained and all related documents whether made pursuant to the terms of the Agreement or otherwise.

11. Applicable Law

The applicable law is the Romanian legislation. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be settled at the competent court at the headquarters of S.C. ALPIN 2003 S.R.L. You agree that any legal action arising from or in connection with the terms of this Agreement will be brought to the Romanian courts at the headquarters of S.C. ALPIN 2003 S.R.L.

12. Pets

Pets are not accepted in the hotel.
