Our Hospitality Stories – Bianca – Front Office Manager

Dear readers of the blog “Our Hospitality Stories”, we know that you have missed us, but in order to be able to meet your expectations in terms of hospitality at the highest standards, our focus has been on continuous development and preparation for the summer season.

So, today we come to you with a new story, introducing Bianca!

We describe her as being a magnificent person from any point of view, charismatic, oriented to the satisfaction of every customer who steps into Alpin hotel, professional and organized (this quality leads to perfectionism).

I gathered a series of interactive questions through which I wanted to find out more information about “Who is Bianca in fact?”, her relationship with the Alpin brand and more…

How would you describe yourself in a few sentences as a person?

“- Honestly, it’s the first time I try to describe myself, I think I’m a positive person, I always like to find the good side of things regardless of the situation and to always be optimistic. Otherwise, independent, ambitious, dedicated and organized, maybe often too organized, but I strive so that this “quality” does not lead to perfectionism. I like to smile, to enjoy everything that is beautiful around me, both in my personal life and at work, and I want every day to be a success.”

What made you want to work at Alpin?

“- I came to Alpin with the idea of having a temporary job, I had just finished the Faculty of Economic Sciences, but not the Tourism specialization. I thought at that moment that I have to learn if I work for a brand and later when the opportunity arises, I can be active in the field studied.”

What was the position you started in and what position have you reached now?

“- The story is quite long… In 2005, I was offered the chance to work as a receptionist, time passed but not in vain, I learned a lot from dedicated colleagues and that’s how I ended up being a PR, Sales Leisure Coordinator, Corporate Project Manager and now Front Office Manager.”

After we found out who Bianca is and what her role is within the Alpin Resort Hotel, we didn’t stop, we were more than pleasantly impressed and continued with more details that we want to share with you…

What are the things that make you happy of choosing Alpin?

“- I am happy that I chose Alpin and I have the same joy every day to come to work. For me it is my second home, where I trained both as a beginner and as a professional, Alpin being a real school in the hospitality industry. I want to thank the owners of Alpin Resort Hotel for the trust given over the years and the opportunity to grow in the organization, occupying the position of department manager today.”

What is your relationship with the team?

“You cannot exist without the team! If we talk about the small team, the Front Office department, I like to think that in these three months since I occupied the current position, the team is more united and more eager to obtain positive results, and the big team means Alpin, the people who support me daily and whom I support to reach the common goal of being the best host for our guests.”

What goals do you want to achieve in the future with the Alpin brand?

“I wish that my ideas and skills contribute to the continuous development of the brand and that we implement as many constructive projects as possible for both the team and the guests.”

Finally, I wanted Bianca to send a message to her colleagues, after seeing her extraordinary involvement in everything that means the Alpin brand, her fierce desire to please each individual guest, treating them exemplary, but also to share her ideas for the continuous evolution of the brand.

“- My message is to thank my colleagues and the owners who invest in the continuous development of the brand. A united and involved team brought, brings and will bring the success of the Alpin brand, placing us among the leaders of the hospitality industry.”

“- Colleagues from the Front Office department look forward to hosting our guests, a successful stay being a certainty!”
