How?… It’s easy. You need:

  • 450g flour
  • 450ml milk
  • 2 bags of baking powder
  • A small pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of butter
  • Maple syrup
  • 2 sliced ​​bananas
  • walnuts

In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. In another, combine eggs, milk, salt, butter and sugar and incorporate them well. After that, carefully mix the two compositions: the liquid one and the dry one. We want a creamy final mixture, without lumps. Pour a ladleful of dough into the hot pan. Let it fry well on both sides.

Place the chubby pancakes one on top of the other and decorate them with pieces of banana, walnut kernels and maple syrup.
