Therefore, we propose you two recipes that combine tradition with innovative trends.

 Our chefs tested them themselves and were satisfied!

Aperitif bread

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients: milk (200 ml), 6 eggs, 4 spoons of oil, cheese (100 gr), salty cheese (150 gr), flour (200 gr), 1 baking powder, black olives (100 gr), green olives (100 gr), mushrooms (100 gr), 1 pickled pepper, smoked chicken breast (300 gr), salt and pepper.

Method of preparation

The aperitif bread is a snack that is very easy to prepare. Start by cutting the sliced olives. Grate the cheese. Finely slice the chicken breast and the pickled pepper. Take a large bowl and break eggs into it, which you mix until they become foamy.

Add milk and oil gradually, and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add to this composition the ingredients you have already sliced, then salt and pepper, for taste. Pour the entire composition into a pan previously lined with baking paper and leave it in the oven (already heated) for 50 minutes.

 width=Lamb chop with balsamic sauce

Preparation time: 40 minutes

4 pieces of lamb chop, olive oil (1 tablespoon), chopped chives (¼ cup), balsamic vinegar (1/3 cup), chicken soup (¾ cup), 1 tablespoon of butter.

Spices: ¼ teaspoon basil, ½ teaspoon thyme, ¾ teaspoon rosemary, salt and pepper.

Method of preparation:
Mix all the spices in a small bowl or a cup and coat all parts of the lamb meat with the resulting mixture. Then place them in a bowl that you cover and wait 15 minutes for all the flavors to enter the meat.

In the meantime, take a large pan, add the oil and let it heat up, then put in the meat. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Then add the chopped chives, balsamic vinegar and chicken soup to the pan. Lower the heat and mix so that it does not stick. After 5-6 minutes, the sauce should have reduced to half of the initial amount. Add the butter and pour the resulting sauce on the lamb chops.
