A dinner easy to prepare – Penne quatro formaggi

The same thing happens if we try to translate the mother language into other languages.

Therefore, it is better to let the Italian keep what belongs to the Italian. Penne quatro formaggi!

This is the recipe we propose you for today. We will not say anything new in all that has been said so far about this recipe, just bring it to your attention
It’s something easy to prepare and very tasty.

You need the following ingredients:
• A package of pasta (if you don’ have Penne, you can use successfully Tagliatele)
• A cube of Emmenthal width=• A cube of Brie width=• A cube of Gorgonzola width=• grated Parmesan width=• 1 sprig of parsley
• A glass of milk or heavy cream (Warning!! NOT whipped cream)
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1 small cube of butter
• salt
• black pepper
• nutmeg

Now you have 2 options to serve.

Baked or not.
If you do not want them baked….. Once cheese is melted and added nutmeg, we put the drained pasta into the pan. Leave them on the stove a few minutes, then put them on the plate garnishing them with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley and ….. READY!

Or …

Turn oven to a temperature of 200 degrees, grease a baking tray with a little oil, put water drained pasta, add sauce and parsley, sprinkle with Parmesan, put a little pepper and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes till it gratins.
